Local Rules

1. OUT OF BOUNDS - Rule 27 applies
   In, on, or over the boundaries of the Golf Course Area. Under no circumstances must any golfer attempt to retrieve balls from neighboring property or driving range area.
2. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS - Rule 24(2)
   Appendix 1-8-1 applies. Bridges, fences, hydrants, roadways are immovable obstructions and relief from interfernce may be obtained under Rule 24(2).
3. PRESERVATION OF COURSE
   All trees and shrubs are in ground under repair, a ball lying near any tree or shrub which impedes your stance or swing must be lifted and dropped without penalty within one club length of the nearest point of relief no nearer the pin.
4. GROUND UNDER REPAIR
   Any area marked with white lines, vehicle tyre marks, areas damaged by earthworks etc., are G.U.R. a ball must be dropped without penalty at the nearest point of relief no nearer the pin.
5. STONES
   Stones through the green including bunkers, are movable obstructions, drop without penalty. Rule 24 applies.
6. WATER HAZARDS
   Water hazards are marked by yellow posts. Lateral water hazards are marked by red posts. rule 26 applies.
7. No dogs, prams or pushchairs allowed on course.
8. Please rake bunkers, replace divots and repair pitch marks.
9. Play without delay. Give consideration to other golfers.
10. No bags or trolleys on greens or tees.
11. No juniors unless playing with a responsible adult, or with a current handicap certificate
